Classification: Millésimé Extra Dry
Sparkling wine with crystal straw yellow color and fine perlage. At nose gives intense notes of flowers, cedar, almond, mineral and iodine; fresh and almost dry in mouth, it’s sapid, mineral and creamy, with balanced structure and sapid-bitter background. Made by strict manual selection of grape bunches, aged for 30 days over fine lees and re-fermentation by isobaric autoclave at 5.5 bar for 90 days, additional final aging in bottle for 60 days.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
