Baglio Aimone at the 2016 Royal Hotel Golf Challenge

24th and 25th of September 2016, two days that will certainly remain in the nicest memories of the many participants of the golf contest, which took place in the famous Golf Club of the Ulivi in Sanremo on the last weekend of the month. On one hand the pure summer weather to make the green grass shining over the 18 holes of the course, on the other hand the perfect organization and the amazing beauty of the Royal Hotel, the final result was to definitively experience a truly memorable event.
Together with the prestigious Hotels and Resorts of the international circuit “The World Leading Hotels”, Baglio Aimone was selected as the official wine partner to stay close to the golf players throughout the event. During the day at the wine tasting area on the golf course, by the evening first for the appetizer in the Royal Hotel garden and after that at the gala dinner, for the tournament awards ceremony.

Marinated carpaccio of yellowtail with raspberries

Ravioli of burrata with pesto, shrimps and trumpets violet
Sea bass back at Riviera perfumes with Bisalta steamed potatoes
